
The implementation of mind-control is so vast and so far-reaching that it pervades practically every aspect of daily life here on Earth. There are very few people on Earth, if any, who have not been exposed to some form of mind-control. Though many "whistle-blowers" have come forward to expose various mind-control tools, very few have ever explained the complex mechanics of how it actually works. As a result, there are many misconceptions, as well as deceptions, about mind-control, programming and deprogramming. The very highly advanced mind-control techniques used by the government are not quite as simple as watching a pocket watch on a chain swing back and forth...indeed not! The government takes their mind-control as seriously as a car enthusiast takes a ’65 Corvette Convertible – very highly polished and very hands-off! The Pavlovian techniques and other pop-psychology techniques that are so commonly known amongst the mass public are child’s play for New World Order!
The Art of Programming will attempt to explain the various building blocks of human implantation, programming and mind-control. The scope of this specific article covers programming that originated from the Montauk Project. If you are not familiar with the Montauk Project, we strongly suggest that you read each of the books in the series so that you may understand the background of this endeavor. Stewart’s book alone, Montauk: The Alien Connection, is not enough to understand what happened at Fort Hero Air Force Base, Montauk Point, Long Island, New York. It is very important that the Montauk books be read in order, starting with the first, because each book builds upon the previous so that the story may be told in more detail. Since most of the current mind-control techniques are further refinements and enhancements of Montaukian programming, this article will serve as the foundation for all subsequent articles that further expose the more subtle mind-control techniques that are used on the mass public.
To begin with, we must establish some of the basic, core definitions that will be used throughout this article. Some of these definitions may be different than what you know. In that case, we ask that you consider the possibilities presented here before drawing conclusions about this article.
The Montauk Project
The Montauk
Project is the successor to what was originally termed as "Project Rainbow"
(commonly known as "The Philadelphia Experiment"). The Montauk Project was (is)
a multi-faceted endeavor, but it’s primary objective was mind-control. Once
established, the Montauk Project also created the ultimate "soldier" by
implanting and genetically programming thousands of children, both boys and
girls, who were then released into society to go about their "normal" lives
until such a time as they are required for service (this will be further
explained in the body of this article). These programmed individuals, known as
the Montauk boys/girls, have also been commonly referred to as "sleepers".
Lastly, we must not forget about time travel. The Montauk people have been
travelling back and forth in time since day 1. Our current time line has been
altered so badly that it’s difficult to say exactly what our outcome might have
been had it been left alone. The definition of the Montauk Project is a book in
itself, but for the purposes of this article, this definition will suffice.
There are many other facets of the Montauk Project that are currently being
carried out, and it should be very clearly understood that the Montauk Project
is still active to this day.
Implant
There are 2 categories of
implant: physical and etheric (non-physical). A physical implant is a device
that is physically attached to tissue inside the body. There are 2 types of
physical implants: technological and biological. A technological implant is a
very small device that is often in the form of a metallic sphere or crystalline
structure (e.g. like the tip of a head of quartz). This device is tuned to your
genetic frequency and has organic material grafted onto it prior to insertion to
hide it from normal medical scans. A biological implant is actually a
single-celled organism that is grown and tuned to your specific genetic
frequency. Biological implants transmit and receive a much more faint signal
that is more bordering etheric in nature. Biological implants can be found
anywhere in the body are often used behind the retina of the eyes. Non-physical,
or etheric implants are actually connected to the Astral Body of a person. An
etheric implant is a kind of electromagnetic signature that is "glued" onto your
genetic signature, or your frequency.
Trigger
A color, a word, a phrase,
a face, a letter, a phone call, a song, a smell...you name it! A trigger is a
piece of information that has been programmed into you. When this trigger is
presented to you in normal, conscious state, that sets off a sequence of events
inside of you that opens up the first stage of a program that is to be
initiated. Think of it like a queue for a stage-hand on a movie set. A
stage-hand has a specific task or group of tasks to perform, but will not begin
until he/she receives the signal from the director. A trigger is to a program,
the same as a queue is to a stage-hand. The program is sitting inside of a
person, but cannot begin until it receives the proper trigger, or signal.
Program
A program is a sequence of
initiatives, or steps, that is entered directly into your genetic code, or your
DNA. Programs can also be
placed within the mind-pattern itself and into the cellular structure without
altering your DNA. For example,
Microsoft� Word� is a word processing program. It is stored on the hard drive of
your computer, but it just sits there doing nothing until you activate it.
DNA is the hard drive of the
human body – it is where all information is stored, including memory. A program
from Montauk that has been entered into your DNA, mind-pattern, or cellular structure
will just sit there doing nothing until it is activated by receiving the correct
trigger. Programs that have been placed within the mind-pattern or the cellular
structure are accessed using Wilhelm Reich methods. The content and mechanics of
a program will be further discussed in the body of this article.
Controlled Activation
A controlled
activation is the resultant sequence of events that takes place when a program
is initialized and carried out by the subject. This should not be confused with
a Kundalini activation, or a controlled Kundalini activation. Once activated,
the subject’s will essentially becomes segregated, or locked away, in the body.
The program that is now running becomes the will. The subject is fully conscious
and has full use of motor nerves, but the subject’s actions are now being
maliciously directed by a third party.
Deprogramming
Programs that are
entered into DNA are hidden
from conscious view to the subject. In other words, during a person’s normal,
daily life, they would never know that unnatural programs existed in their body
because these programs are hidden from view. Think of it like a door that
disappears, or blends in with the background when you close it. The door is
still there, you just can’t see it. Deprogramming is a process by which these
"doors" are opened permanently. The programming is not actually erased because
it’s part of your DNA, or your
genetic structure. If you attempted to erase the programming, it would be like
physically slicing out a part of your DNA and your body would actually start
to physically degenerate. Therefore, deprogramming actually allows a person to
recognize the programs inside of them, so that the person can then take back
control of their mind and body if the program is successfully activated.
Now that we have a background of the basic terminology of let’s look at graphical representation of where the programming actually goes. The next section of this article will all be in reference to the DNA Chart shown in Figure 1 below. For the purposes of this article, we will use the standard computer terms of "hardware" and "software" to further help clarify the differences between various aspects of programming.

DNA (DeoxyriboNucleic Acid)
Ask just about anybody and they
will be able to give you some definition of DNA. However, most of the
definitions revolve around the purely scientific definition and are quite narrow
in scope. DNA is much more than the physical configuration of your body, it is
the physical manifestation of your original thought form, or mind-pattern. The
following diagram is a map of the creation of DNA:

The body does not create the mind, rather the mind creates the body, so that DNA is just as much the mind as it is the body. Without the mind, the body would be non-existent. Literally, you are what you think! Programming adds new DNA to your original DNA and can be entered either directly through the body, or non-physically from the Astral Plane. Since the mind creates and controls the body, programming can always be broken, or unlocked, because the mind is much more powerful than the artificial elements added to the body, or attached to the mind-pattern by the programmers. Programming can compartmentalize and barricade the mind, but it can never permanently overtake it.
Original DNA
The Original DNA in
Figure 1 is what you were born with. It is the physical summation of all of your
mind-patterns conveniently compacted into one double helix! Your original DNA is
your frequency. In physics, frequency is defined as the number of oscillations
per unit of time. The human body is electromagnetic in nature. Your DNA is
unique to you alone (with the exception of clones – and that’s another story!).
Therefore, your DNA is an electromagnetic frequency that is precisely tuned to
your mind-pattern, and your mind-pattern alone. This is how it is possible to
physically locate any human (or other life form!) on this planet. Your birth
name can be used, or a sample of your blood or body tissue will yield a very
precise DNA signature. Once this information is acquired, your DNA, or
frequency, is then fed into a very esoteric "computer" and your whereabouts can
be located instantly. This is not future technology, this is now! Of course this
information would never be released to the mass public and could never "legally"
be used, because then the government would have to admit that they have it. Like
the best military weapons, it’s used silently.
This is also the same technology that is used to map the ocean floor via satellite. The water in the ocean vibrates at a specific frequency. Feed that frequency into the ever watchful eye of a satellite, filter out that frequency band of the ocean water, and to the satellite, the ocean water "disappears" leaving only the ocean floor. Of course, the marine life would also need to be filtered out as well. Same technology, different application.
Added DNA
Added DNA consists of
both implants (hardware) and programmed tasks (software). The added DNA becomes
part of your frequency, though more like an extension of your frequency. Think
of it like an addition on a house. The main part of the house is still fully
functional while the addition is being built. The addition is also totally
isolated from the house and you can therefore go on about your business without
any distractions from this new addition. In human programming, the addition to
your DNA is built at an early age and then the door is locked so that you cannot
enter. It is, nonetheless, a door and the proper key will allow you access to
this hidden area.
Hardware (Implants)
The implant technology was originally given
to us by the Sirians (Sirius A) and was subsequently modified for use in
mind-control. Implants come in various shapes and sizes, and have various
functions. There are two categories of implants – physical & etheric
(non-physical). Physical implants – can be either Technological or Biological.
Non-physical implants are electromagnetic in nature.
Technological implants are, by far, the most common. They come in various shapes and sizes and almost always have biological tissue grown onto them. Surrounding the implant with biological tissue makes it very difficult to detect with standard, mainstream medical scans. It also makes for easy attachment to existing body tissue. These types of implants can be placed in the body at any time, but are best implanted at a very early age so that the body can adapt to the foreign matter and integrate it into it’s growth. At an early age, implants are most often placed in the body between the ages of 3 to 7 years old. Also, once the implants have been integrated into the genetic structure, they actually become part of the DNA. Removing them would be fatal – the body would begin to degenerate and quickly die. This type of implant is most commonly used to monitor and adjust body chemistry and physiological conditions. It is also the primary link between the original DNA you were born with and the programming which will interact with that DNA. Before any program can fully initiate, the implants must first be turned on. This is usually done via some type of remote radio or satellite signal. Technological implants can both transmit and receive signals.
Biological implants are typically single-celled organisms that are grown under very precise conditions and therefore have a very precise frequency. Biological implants can be found anywhere in the body and are often placed behind the retina of the eye so that the Montauk people, or government, can literally see through your eyes. The transmitted signal is very faint and can be read with more of what would be termed an etheric computer, or by highly trained mentalists such as those who were used in the Montauk Project. Biological implants can also transmit and receive signals.
Etheric implants are completely non-physical and are attached to the Astral Body of a person. An etheric implant is a kind of electromagnetic "signature". This type of implant is used to monitor and control the higher mental functions and is often used as a group control. For example, if there is a particular movement that has a central figure as the leader, all of the known group followers would be given an identical group implant, or electromagnetic signature that is placed in their auric field. This way, the entire group could be "instructed" to act in a certain fashion or perform an act as a group. And, all members of the group could be instantly located.
Software (Foundational Programming)
This is the meat of the
programming! You could have the fastest and most high tech computer in the
world, but without the proper software it’s useless. The software, or the
programming, is what ties it all together. The very first programming that is
"loaded" into the body is the foundational programming. Think of the
foundational programming like the operating system on your computer. You must
first load the operating system prior to anything else because it is like the
coordinator for where everything else goes and how all of the different programs
communicate with each other. It establishes the basic structure and some basic
ground rules for how everything else works. In the next section, we will dissect
our model even further and look at the anatomy of a program – how it’s
structured, how it works and how it shuts down.

Trigger Mechanism
As explained in
the definition at the beginning of this article, a trigger can be just about
anything. It is usually something that is not very common and that you wouldn’t
normally encounter in your daily life. A trigger is very rarely, if ever, a
single thing, rather it is a series of individual triggers that are presented in
a very specific sequence. This layering of triggers is very crucial because
there is always a possibility that you may accidentally encounter a trigger as
you go about your daily life. The odds of accidentally encountering the precise
layers of triggers are infinite and that is why trigger layers are always
employed. Once the correct sequence of triggers has been received, the program
is now fully activated and the program Input stage and specified tasks can
begin.
Baseline Rules
Think of this like
the rules for driving your car (e.g. you drive on a certain side of the road,
stop at a red light, put on your turn signal, etc.). As an example, baseline
rules for a program might be; how one would respond if a law enforcement officer
is encountered. Or, if the task involves targeting a person, how one would
respond if another "innocent" person got in the way, etc. The baseline rules do
not tell the person how to do the task, but rather, how to respond if certain
conditions or circumstances are encountered. Additional rules can also be
programmed in at the Input stage which is discussed in the next few
paragraphs.
Enhanced Abilities
This refers to
the propensity that one has for performing certain acts. For example, how is it
that a young child might be able to pick up a guitar and immediately start
playing without having had any formal training or practice? Yet others who so
desperately want to play guitar will practice for hours every day and still
never reach the awareness and aptitude of the child who has a "natural ability".
The Montauk programming is able to identify and radically amplify any ability
that is within a person, no matter how slight or undiscovered that it might be
to that person. In other words, they can’t make you do something that you
couldn’t do on your own. This amplification of these abilities has no boundary
and can take place instantaneously.
Subprograms
Subprograms are layers
of smaller programs within the main program. Subprograms can be resident within
a person since the original programming, or they can be added in real time to
further define the requirements of the task. Subprograms fully interact with the
main program, and vice versa. Subprograms, as well as main programs, are always
layered so that if one subprogram is unlocked, the next one will be there right
behind it. Think of it kind of like a tissue box – when you pull out one tissue,
the next one is immediately brought to the surface. This layering can be only a
few layers deep, or tens of layers deep, depending on the individual and
programmed task. An example of a subprogram layer would be that if a certain
layer is reached by deprogramming or other means, an alter-personality would
open up and prevent any further information from being revealed.
Assignment Input
When it is
determined that a programmed individual is to be used for an assignment, the
first thing that is done is that the local area is scanned for any of the
Montauk boys/girls who would be able to carry out the assignment. If a suitable
person is not located locally, then one will be brought in from elsewhere. Once
this person has been identified, they will be presented with their unique
trigger sequence, at which time the specific assignment will be downloaded, or
programmed into them. The assignment may be something that is carried out
immediately, or at some date in the near future. All of the additional rules,
enhanced abilities, and additional subprograms will be input, or downloaded at
this time. If it is a near future assignment, even further programming may be
downloaded just prior to the task.
Self-Destruct
The self-destruct is
a built-in protection mechanism that is intended to prevent the programming from
being exposed to the individual or anybody else. If deep programming is opened,
by any means, without the proper protocols, then a subprogram kicks in that
instructs that person to commit suicide. The self-destruct is interlaced within
every layer of programming and subprogramming.
Shut Down
As with just about
everything that is turned on, there needs to be a way to turn it off. Using the
car analogy again, before you shut down your car, you would usually bring it to
a full stop, place the gear shifter in Park, and then turn the key to the "Off"
position. Shutting down a program is really not all that much different than
shutting down a car, or shutting down your computer. First, a memory mask, or
"screen" is placed over the memories of what that person just did. This is more
often the case rather than erasing the memories, because erasing the memories
could also erase the program. Then, a very specific sequence of events takes
place in order to bring the person back to "normal" consciousness. This sequence
of events usually ends with bringing the person to orgasm to fully close the
program and bring the person into the present, or the now. It’s kind of like a
trigger sequence that is run in reverse. When the program is fully shut down,
that person goes on about his/her life without even the slightest inkling that
anything has taken place, or that they have done anything out of the
ordinary.
Layering
The key to the integrity
and longevity of the programming is layering. By stacking layer, after layer,
after layer of programs and subprograms, it makes the unlocking of these
programs all the more difficult. Again, like the tissue box, when you pull one
out, the next one is right behind it and pops up immediately. How many programs
must be unlocked before you reach rock bottom is entirely dependent on the
individual and their assumed roles. Have you met people who claim to be Montauk
boys or girls and claim to have "fully deprogrammed"? If so, you should know
immediately that the very statement that they are "fully deprogrammed" is a
subprogram kicking in! Anybody who truly understands the way programming works
and how it is unlocked will never make that statement.
Deprogramming
Deprogramming is one
of the least understood aspects of the subject of mind-control. Within the
"metaphysical" community, there are countless misconceptions and flat-out
deceptions about deprogramming. First and foremost, deprogramming does
NOT erase programming. Deprogramming simply unlocks the doors
to the programs and subprograms that have been locked up in a person since these
programs were installed. Deprogramming also allows one to recover "screened" or
hidden memories. In other words, deprogramming serves to make visible that which
is invisible. It allows an individual to recognize a program or programs so that
if a program is successfully activated by a proper trigger sequence, the
individual will have the ability to consciously override it because they will
recognize it as an artificial part of themselves. They will see it for what it
is, rather than allowing it to segregate their mind and take over their
body.
Deprogramming is NOT finished after just one session. It takes multiple sessions and the number of sessions that it takes is entirely dependent on the individual and the depth of the layers of programming. Deprogramming is more of an ongoing process rather than a finite, measurable event. Most people who claim to be "deprogrammers" are actually programmers that have been programmed themselves for just that purpose! It is a built-in safety net that allows the Montauk Project to further reinforce the programming under the guise of "deprogramming". Remember, the people behind the Montauk Project are the best military strategists in the world. Whatever possible twist and turn in programming that you can think of, they’ve already thought of it...and implemented it! Deprogramming is not as simple as it might seem. A true deprogrammer must be trained in the use of the proper protocols as used in the Montauk Project. Anything else is dangerous to the individual and simply will not work.
Be careful, and keep your eyes and mind open. Fraudulent "deprogramming" runs rampant in the "metaphysical" community. It is dangerous, and in most cases, it serves to further the depth of the programming rather than unlock it. Most fake deprogrammers are easily recognizable because they openly advertise their "services". Oh, they’ll service you all right...they’ll change your "virtual oil" and make sure that the programs are all running smoothly!
